The Assembly

A new community precinct.

Location

A Unique geographic setting, a gateway location.

130 STIRLING HWY, NORTH FREMANTLE

Situated just 200 metres from the river and the coast, at a key entry point into Fremantle and on the edge of existing neighbourhoods of Mosman Park and North Fremantle, the site has the unique ingredients to create something special for the community. By considering this context, the redevelopment can enhance local culture and change the way people live, work and play within the surrounding neighbourhoods.

History

An underutilised community asset with rich history.

Despite its potential this iconic site currently sits dormant. Our vision is to draw on the unique history and stories of the site and reposition it as the heart of the community.
